📦 Returns, Refunds & Shipping Issues
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
If you have a concern with your order, please DM @earthbones on Instagram within 48 hours of receiving your package so I can help resolve the issue.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit.
Cash refunds are not available.
🚚 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please DM me within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of both the damaged item(s) and the packaging. I’ll guide you through the available options.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
I am not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen and these will not be refunded.
If package theft is a concern in your area, please DM me to request a “signature required” delivery option. This service is available for an additional $2 added to your shipping cost.

📌 Payment Plan Policies
I highly recommend using Klarna or PayPal Pay in 4 at checkout.
Both options break your total into 4 payments over 8 weeks, with the first payment due immediately.
Your order ships as soon as that first payment is made.
🔹 To use these services, you must be a U.S. resident with an active Klarna or PayPal account.
🔹 PayPal Pay in 4 is not available in all states. Please check PayPal’s website for availability in your area.
💳 If Klarna or PayPal Pay in 4 Aren’t Available:
If you're not eligible, not approved, or your total exceeds $1,000, you may request a direct payment plan through me.
I offer three payment plan tiers, which are explained in detail in my Instagram Highlights. The following rules apply to all direct payment plans:
🔸 Direct Payment Plan Terms:

Your first payment is due immediately.

Remaining payments must be completed by the due dates listed in your personalized listing description.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is made in full.
⚠️ Late Payments & Fees:

If your final payment is late, a $25 late fee will be added:

$25 is added on the first day past due, and
-
An additional $25 will be added each week thereafter until the balance is paid in full.

If you are past due, you will not be allowed to claim new items until your plan is paid off.
🚫 Failure to Complete Plans:

If you fall behind, you will no longer be eligible for direct payment plans in the future. Only Klarna or PayPal Pay in 4 will be accepted.

If full payment is not made within 90 days of the final due date:

Your plan will be canceled,

No refunds will be issued for payments already made, and
-
Your order will not be shipped.

By purchasing a “payment plan listing,” you are agreeing to all of the above terms.
