PAYMENT PLAN POLICIES

I encourage the use of KLARNA or PAYPAL PAY IN 4 which are payment options you can select at checkout, (or when checking out with PAYPAL for PAY IN 4)
With both KLARNA and PAY IN 4, your total is divided into 4 payments to be completed over a 8-week period. Your first payment is due immediately. Your order will be sent out to you as soon as the first payment is made.


*You must be a U.S. resident and have a PayPal account or Klarna account for these options

(PayPal Pay in 4 is also not available in some states. Please visit PayPal's Pay in 4 information page to see if your state is eligible.)

If you cannot use PAYPAL PAY IN 4 OR KLARNA for any of the reasons listed above, such as not being approved for either method or your order is higher than the 1k limit, you can request a plan directly through me.

I have three payment plan tiers available, which are broken down in my Instagram highlights. All rules apply to all three tiers.

Your first payment is due immediately. The remaining payments are to be completed by the due dates listed in the description of your listings.

Your order is not sent out until all payments are made.
*If you do not complete all payments by the final due date you will be charged $25 interest weekly. In detail... if you are 1 day late $25 will be added to your total. And $25 a week from then and so on until you pay in full. 

                                      
*If you are past due on any plans you will not be allowed to make any further claims until your payment plan is paid off.

*If you fall behind on your payment plans you will not be allowed payment plans from me in the future. PayPal Pay in 4 or Klarna will be your only option.

*If you completely fail to pay your entire plan within 90 days of the due date any payments that have been made will not be refunded and your order will not be mailed.

*You purchasing a "payment plan listing" is you agreeing to these terms

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, If there is a concern with your order please message  @_earthbones_  on Instagram within 48hrs of receiving it. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit.

LATE/LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

If your package is 'late or lost' please DM me as soon as you realize it is lost. I will walk you through the process of trying to track down your order. If we cannot locate it I ask you to give it 2 weeks to turn up, if it is still missing at that time then I will issue a refund.

If your package arrives damaged please DM me within 48 hrs of receiving it with photos of the damaged product as well as the packaging, and I will walk you through what options there are.

Stolen Packages will not be refunded. if you are concerned with the possibility of having your package stolen please DM me to request a "signature required' delivery option. This is an additional $2 charge to your shipping cost.
